Services
Anaphora provides business development services to B2B companies. We are an independent firm, we offer these services to the public, and we are available to new clients. Engagements are scoped and priced by us, and the work is performed using our own methods, systems and schedule.
Everything below can be bought on its own. Most engagements combine the research and the outreach, because a good list sent badly and a bad list sent well fail in the same way.
Account research and prospect briefs
A researched brief on every account worth contacting, with the source behind each field.
- A verified decision maker, with the title evidenced by a published source and cited by link.
- A business email verified against a commercial verification service, with catch-all domains flagged rather than guessed.
- A documented growth or marketing trigger, such as funding, a new location, a first marketing hire, a replatform, a rebrand or a product launch, dated and cited.
- An estimated revenue band produced by a stated methodology, so the estimate can be argued with rather than trusted blindly.
- Delivered as a brief you can act on, not a spreadsheet you have to re-verify before you use it.
Market mapping
A sized picture of who is worth contacting, before anyone sends anything.
- A sized map of how many accounts actually match, so the plan is built on a real number rather than a guess.
- A trigger taxonomy specific to your market, which is what makes outreach timely instead of random.
- An exclusion list process, so we never contact your existing clients or an account your team is already working.
Pipeline development and handoff
We work the replies and hand over a conversation with the research attached.
- Replies handled and qualified against criteria you set in writing, not criteria we assume.
- A booked conversation arrives with the brief attached, so whoever takes the call has the context.
- Regular pipeline reporting covering accounts contacted, responses, and current disposition.
- Your data stays yours. Lists, briefs and correspondence are handed over on request and at the end of an engagement.
What a brief contains
Four states, and every field in every brief is in one of them. A field we cannot source is recorded as not found rather than filled in with a guess.
- Verified
- Checked
- Estimated
- Not found
| Verified | A published page says it. The brief carries the link and the date we read it. | State |
|---|---|---|
| Checked | Run against a commercial verification service. A catch-all domain is flagged, not guessed. | State |
| Estimated | Produced by a stated method, so you can argue with the method rather than trust the number. | State |
| Not found | Searched and not answered. The brief says so and ships without it. | State |
| Field | Value | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| VerifiedDecision maker | Dana Whitfield, Vice President of Operations | Leadership page, read 2026-09-08 |
| CheckedBusiness email | Deliverable, a single mailbox rather than a catch-all domain | Verification service, 2026-09-08 |
| VerifiedTrigger | A second shop announced, county permit filed 2026-08-19 | County permit record |
| EstimatedRevenue band | $8M to $14M | 46 employees times sector revenue per employee |
| Not foundMarketing lead | No published name after three searches | Recorded as not found |
The order the work happens in
| Map before anyone sends | We count how many accounts actually match before any work starts. If the number is too small to matter, that is a week one finding rather than a month three one. | Step 01 |
|---|---|---|
| Derive the contact, never buy it | Names come from public records and from the company's own pages. We do not buy lists and we do not use anything sold as a social network export. | Step 02 |
| Check the claim against the page | A title is a fact only if a published page says so. We read the page, cite it, and record the date we read it. | Step 03 |
| Write from the brief | The email refers to something specific and dated about that company. If the brief has nothing worth writing about, no email goes out. | Step 04 |
| Send from our domain, not yours | Outreach never sends from a client's domain. A deliverability problem stays where it cannot reach the email your business runs on. | Step 05 |
| Honor every opt-out | One click, recorded, effective within 24 hours, and that address is never written to again. | Step 06 |
How engagements are structured
- Research is priced per brief.
- You pay for researched accounts, and a brief that does not meet the agreed standard is replaced rather than billed. We write the standard down before we start, because "verified" means nothing until somebody defines it.
- Campaign work is retained by the month.
- Sending infrastructure, sequence writing, reply handling and reporting. Set up takes a few weeks before the first send, because domain warmup cannot be rushed without wasting the domain.
- You own the output.
- Lists, briefs, sequences and correspondence are yours. We hand them over on request and at the end of an engagement, in a format you can actually use.
- We are free to work for more than one client.
- We are an independent business, not an employee or a staffing arrangement. We control how the work is done, we carry our own tools and business registration, and we are free to take on other clients in the same period. Client work never crosses between accounts, and we will not contact a company that appears on a client's exclusion list.
Who we are a fit for
- Professional services, agencies and B2B service businesses selling considered purchases.
- Teams that would rather have forty researched accounts than four thousand scraped rows.
